Putting together all the details for an amazing event is massive! Booking a speaker is just one of hundreds of things you need to do. We understand. We’ll communicate quickly and succinctly. We’ll deliver an over-the-top experience that makes you look good and your audience grateful you hired us. Here’s how it works…
OUR PROCESS
CONTACT US
Contact us using the brief form below. Sarah will typically respond within minutes. You can discuss which Culture Specialist you’d like and what you hope to accomplish in your event. We will hold the date while we go through the process.
PROPOSAL
We will send a proposal for you and your team to review. It will include all of the information about the event, topic, date, finances, culture specialist, travel and expectations. When accepted we will proceed to the contract.
THE CONTRACT
We will send you a contract to sign that includes the deposit & final invoices along with our W9. All contracts are through PandaDoc and will be digitally signed. Upon receiving the deposit plus travel funds, Sarah will schedule a discovery call with you and your Culture Specialist.
DISCOVERY CALL
A conversation for you and the Culture Specialist to discuss your goals, dreams and hopes of your event. Together you both will determine which message serves your audience best. We will learn details about your organization’s or association’s needs and insert specific realities from your world into our principle-centered keynotes.
FINAL PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event. We will be in continual communication with how we can serve you best leading up to the event.
THE EVENT
If this engagement is outside of Oklahoma, your Culture Specialist will arrive the day before their presentation. This confirms their presence and eliminates the risk of same-day travel. It also provides for the sound check on the day of the event with adequate time to go over any other elements. Your Culture Specialist is there to make your entire event a success!
