Greg Hawks
Greg is on a mission to shape environments where everyone gets to contribute their best daily! Whether as a business owner, culture specialist, keynote speaker, real estate investor, dad, volunteer or friend, he prioritizes empowering those in his sphere.
With more than two decades as a dad, it’s his favorite role. He’s also been investing in real-estate that long. Hawks Agency was launched in 2009 as a way for him to impact the business community with his distinct perspective and voice.
Greg is an enthusiastic character. He’s annoyingly optimistic, contagiously energetic and slightly mischievous.
Sarah Anderson
Sarah is on a mission to shape environments where every client is served with excellence. Leading our Business Development and Client Services, Sarah is intimately involved in the process of working with our clients. Regardless of the Culture Specialist you work with, she will make sure you have a seamless, joyful, quick encounter.
She has two amazing young-adult children, whom she completely adores, plus a dog that she loves equally.

Monica Sheri Scott
Monica is on a mission to shape environments where everyone gets to live whole, meaningful lives. Monica serves double duty as both a Culture Specialist and Media Director for Hawks Agency. Her joyful exuberance and depths of compassion make her a dynamic woman that others love being around!
She has two kids in elementary school that keep her constantly in motion.
John Bobb-Semple
John is on a mission to shape environments where everyone experiences healthy lives in community. John serves double duty as both a Culture Specialist for Hawks Agency and Blue Zone Executive Director for Pottawatomie county. His intense delightfulness, mixed with a passion to create a difference, makes John a magnetic man!
