This message give objectivity to the subjective phrases “we need you to buy in”.

Greg did his Ownership Culture talk for all of our employees at our headquarters. He did a super job! His passionate, fun, energetic delivery had our people engaged from start to finish. That’s no easy task considering our mix of engineers, accounting/HR/IT professionals, and a bunch of very smart shop workers (including lots of welders).  Greg’s mix of business concepts with his own business anecdotes really helped drive the principles home. The idea of Owners, Renters, and Vandals has given all of us a common vocabulary to talk about employee attitudes and engagement at all levels of our company. Perhaps my clearest endorsement came right after telling Greg I thought his talk really hit home, when I asked, “Do you have other talks?” I expect our folks will see us bringing Greg back again before long.
