- Attendees are placed into four or five groups, for rotating room experiences.
- Final general session for overall day debrief.

A full day formatted live immersive experience complete with:
- A decided theme. (ie. Space Exploration, Pirate Adventures, Alice in Wonderland, Musical Genres, The Great Outdoors)
- Custom day design; according to group size, location rooms, theme, and desired outcomes.
Rotating Room Examples
- A) Guided Mindfulness Experience for professionals.
- B) Personality Assessment Fun, using DISC or characters and genres connected to the theme.
- C) Culture Refresh, re-energizing company values while gathering insights for the next iteration.
- D) Innovation & Creativity, hands-on team-building collaborative exercise.
- E) Marketing ignition on initiatives or movements leaders want everyone to embrace.
- F) A refreshing integration of belonging that fuels every blossoming culture (DEI).
HAWKS AGENCY CONFERENCE PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Collaborator – We become an active member of your creative team, contributing to the ideas and implementation for fashioning the best employee event, ever! From content to schedule, theme to objectives, Greg and the Hawks Agency team have loads of experiences to offer you!
Event Manager – Coordinate an excellent experience live on-location.
Event MC Host – Greg is the Emcee interacting with the audience, fostering vibrant energy throughout the day.
Speakers – One or all three of our Culture Specialist will bring a dynamic Keynote morning message. Hawks Agency will provide at minimum three Room Leaders for the rotating rooms.
YOUR ORGANIZATION CONFERENCE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Host – Select and secure venue
Event Design – Provide set, sound, lights and decorations
Event Communication – All communication to attendees before and after One Big Day.
Event Marketing – Generate all graphics and collateral material for promotions, before and during One Big Day.
Event Lodging – Provide hotel rooms for the Hawks Agency team for the setup and duration.
Speakers – CEO or selected leader(s) for morning session. Also provide 1-3 Room Leaders for rotating rooms.
