There are three elements that cause rapids: Pressure, Obstacles and Terrain Change. These also happen to be the three greatest challenges in the workplace.

Purpose

Establishing an internal and external view of Pressure & Obstacles and how to act accordingly. also discovering the one vital element for navigating change effectively!

Results

This message requires individuals to evaluate the source of their pressures and if they’re solving the right problem. At the crux of this message, Greg has everyone say “I LOVE OBSTACLES” because he reveals how beneficial they are to our lives, resulting in an entirely different consideration for the challenges we face. Concluding with change, the decision to strengthen key relationships will emerge.
